We believe in our products 100%. Every day, we do our best to make you happy and put a smile on your face through our service. However, we understand that it is not easy for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter a problem that we cannot solve, making the system unusable, we are more than willing to offer you a refund.

How to request a refund?

Please send us an email with the subject “Refund Request” and mention your order number. Describe in your email the issues you are facing and the reason for this request. In certain situations, you may need to provide evidence, and we will respond by providing evidence of our work. This exchange of views and our decision will make our position and transparency clearer.

Please understand and agree that we cannot offer refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us sufficient time to attempt to properly resolve the issue and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will issue a refund. Please contact our 24/7 live support if you require assistance at any time.

Refunds can only be issued within 48 hours of the purchase date. After 48 hours, refunds cannot be processed. If you paid by credit card, refunds are typically processed and funds returned to the customer’s bank account debit card within 20-31 business days.

However, there are cases where a refund may take longer to process, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these timeframes and delays. We are not the payment provider, but simply the IPTV service provider.

We will only issue full refunds for purchases made within 48 hours. All other refund requests will be partially refunded based on the subscription usage period. IPTV SMARTERS PRO support team will contact users in all refund cases.

Note: Each refund usually takes between 20-90 business days to process, and it is not up to us to shorten this period. Refund requests will be handled by our payment processors. We will do our best to refund each user quickly once the request is received and the user’s data is verified.

If the user is unable to configure their own box and system at their end: We will do our best to configure their boxes, devices, apps and system in all cases of support requests. The reason is that we are not aware of the circumstances with the box, devices and system etc. Our support is limited to predefined steps for device configuration.

Minor issues on some channels:

Although most of our servers are stable, some channels may freeze or not work occasionally for various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our expert engineers are always working on fixing them.

Usually, these problems are temporary and are caused by the following reasons: 

Fluctuations in the customer’s internet connection.

  • Problems with the box/apps/client configuration in general.
  • Your internet service provider has a problem.
  • The channel is disabled from the server side.
  • The client changes his mind and wants to leave/switch between servers.

If the user/customer is unable to watch their IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to a server issue or other problems caused by us, we will refund the full package price or add all the lost time to your subscription for free, plus an additional bonus that we can negotiate together.
